 The
front gates open on a winding driveway that circles a 26"
Italian marble fountain, driveways, walkways & parking
areas are all done in natural flagstone. The driveway is lined
with manila palms very much like royals' but faster growing.
As you approach the house there are several large trees,
all flanked by beautiful gardens and walkways. Also they provide
seating areas so you can relax in a beautiful shaded area.
The house is approximately 18,300 Ft². The gardens were
professionally landscaped.
 You
enter through a large covered area. The first room is the
formal dinning area with a very large mahogany kidney shaped
table with 12 hand carved chairs. All chairs are on one side
facing into the middle of the table.
There are two sets of winding staircases, one on your right
side and one on your left. At the far end of this great room
are two bathrooms. Also - on one end is a library with a TV
and a perfect spot to unwind. There are four guest quarters
- all identical except for the colors. All of which are different.
Each room has a rap around balcony - large bathroom with walk
in shower - king size bed - vanities, table and chairs, lamps,
fans, and eight French doors that can be opened to enjoy the
fresh mountain air - no air conditioning is necessary in these
areas.
 There
are 3 large covered terrace areas (actually 3 large rooms);
one is a sports room, billiards - ping pong - foot ball -
domino table, etc. One is a large lounge area - for relaxing,
chit chatting or whatever you want. The last is over looking
the pools (there are 3 of them). Here is a day kitchen for
breakfast or lunch. It has many tables and chairs plus some
lounges. Off this area is a bath and shower.
Going back through the house is the actual dinning area for
regular evening meals - there is a beautiful glass top table
seating eight people. In this same room is a large bar and
the entertainment area - large TV - stereo - VCR - surround
sound, etc. A large satellite dish supplies all your favorite
channels.
 The
master kitchen is off to one side of this area. Hand crafted
imported Italian cabinets, two double sinks, one in each side
of the kitchen; two large refrigerators - a large glass door
and cooler for bottle - water - soft drink, etc. An extra
large stove gas and electric, twin ovens, char grill, and
deep fryer. In the center is a beautiful island for cutting
and chopping for whatever you're preparing.
On the far end of the kitchen is the laundry room - washer,
dryer, etc. Off the other end is the garage, 2-3 or 4 cars
depending on their size.
 The
Master suit is above the kitchen. It has a bar, small kitchen;
oversize shower - Jacuzzi - twin sinks - toilet - cedar line
closets, office area and TV area. Two separate sleeping areas
- one king canopy bed imported from Thailand hand carved teak.
We are sort of down playing the suit because words do not
describe it. Seeing for your self believes.
 The
swimming pools, 3 of them, flow top to bottom with three large
water falls. The first pool is up to 9" deep, the second
is up to 6" deep and the third which is called the children's
pool is 2" deep. The water falls on this pool are 10"
high.
There is also a Jacuzzi - the water from here flows into
de 2nd. Pool. There is a shower and bathroom down by the children's
pool.
There is also the maid's quarter, under the guest rooms -
private entrance, bath & shower, kitchen and another laundry
room - so that laundry does not have to be carried through
the house.
 There
is a twin gazebo - build off to one side of the front yard.
Under the gazebo is a 25,000 gallon fresh water cistern. Up
by the house is a generator room with a 30 KW plant for back-up
power. Under here is another 14,000 gallon fresh water cistern.
On the opposite side of the house is a filter room - here
the water is filtered before it goes into the house, also
your bottle gas and pressure tanks for the house water - under
this building is another cistern - approximately 22,000 gallon.
All water comes from wells. The one on the property produces
over 90 gallons a minute and is as pure as you will find anywhere.
A small building down below in the garden area is for the
gardeners - shower - toilet - dressing area.
 There
is also a cave which has been made into a bar - wine cellar,
party area - whatever you want. It even has toilet and shower.
The view from the house is breath taking. Over looking large
beautiful landscaped gardens and the lush green mountains.
All gardens have area lighting and 1½ water lines through
out. Down at the bottom of the property is your own nursery
and shade house. Here you can propagate your own plants.
